1. Services

We provide job-focused training programs and career services, including Pre-Placement training, Post-Placement (success-based) support, hands-on projects, quizzes, mentorship, and certification, as described on our website.

2. Fees & Payments

• Pre-Placement Fee may be paid upfront or via approved EMI options before/during training.
• Post-Placement Fee applies only after a candidate secures a job through our placement program; details are shared in writing at the time of joining the program.
• Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate policy or written agreement.
• You authorize us to contact you regarding dues, schedules, and placement opportunities using the contact details you provide.

3. Eligibility & Enrollment

You agree to provide accurate information. Enrollment may be accepted or declined at our discretion. We may request identity or education proofs to evaluate eligibility.

4. Placement Support

We provide 100% placement support (mentorship, interview prep, referrals, and guidance). However, final selection depends on your performance and external hiring factors; we do not guarantee a job, salary, or role.

5. Student Conduct

• Attend sessions regularly and complete assigned work.
• No plagiarism, harassment, or misuse of community channels.
• Breaches may lead to access suspension/termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, documents, questions, and code examples, is owned by IT Jobs Factory or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, sharing, or resale is prohibited without written consent.

7. Website & Account

Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your login. We may update features, suspend accounts for abuse, or perform maintenance with/without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Jobs Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from program participation, employer decisions, market conditions, or third-party platforms.
